We are the developers, Paul & Christine Elliott.
We have lived in our 342 Hampton Street home (soon to be Linacre Park) for over 38 years. A few years ago we came to the conclusion that we probably have around 10 to 15 years living here before we needed to seriously consider moving to a more (senior) friendly location.
But we love where we live. We came to the conclusion that not only is this location great to live in now, it is the perfect environment to get old in!
So we decided to develop our property into luxury apartments – one of them for ourselves. Both of us have had successful careers in professional creative industries so we put our creative energy into producing something architecturally outstanding that would have 'wow' factor now but serve our (and other like-minded people's) needs and wants well into the future.
