Everything you want now and need later, is on your doorstep
Linacre Park Apartments have been creatively and meticulously designed by the award-winning and Australia's most prominent architect, Peter Maddison and his team.
Linacre Park offers an unprecedented level of style, luxury, amenities and comfort both now and long into the future.

These are not everyday luxury apartments - there is much more long-term thinking behind their design. Architectural details that affect the practical needs of later life phases have been carefully considered. So not only are these apartments the epitome of modern design and luxury now, but as your needs change, there will be no need to find a home that better suits those new needs.

These are designed as an investment in quality-of-life, for life.

Except for the compulsory safety staircase, there are no steps anywhere (all apartments are serviced by a shared lift), larger doorways, appliances at comfortable heights,

integrated designer safety fittings, hydronic under-floor heating (additional to the reverse-cycle ducted airconditioning and gas-log fireplace) and more, all look and feel architecturally high-end, but are ultimately an extremely practical design approach to enable a long-term quality of life in your own Linacre Park apartment home.

The very latest smart home technology is featured throughout the development.

Voice-controlled thermostats, lights, blinds and locks offer the ultimate control over your living environment – simply. Easily.

Appliances are all state-of-the-art, top (or close to) of their brand range and abundant...

Miele induction cooktop smart-linked with Miele exhaust. A Miele 60cm oven, 45cm combi steam oven (plumbed), integrated coffee machine (plumbed), warming drawers, knock-to-open dishwasher.

Gaggeneau integrated fridge and integrated freezer (with through-the-door water & ice). Asko front-load washer and dryer... even a drying cabinet so you won't miss the clothes line. Every apartment even has their own wine storage in the basement.

Double glazing and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors throughout deliver an abundance of climate-controlled light (all apartments are North-facing). Lush outdoor entertainment and garden areas (beautifully and professionally landscaped with integrated planters and seating) are visually brought inside with all of the apartments opening fresh-air wide.

Linacre Park is about downscaling your life, not your lifestyle.

Three x 3 bedroom and one x 2 bedroom apartments are available starting at $1.595m.

Then there's the financial sweetener of buying off the plan. Savings of around $100K and more can be expected.

Are you ready for the next big life milestone?

The lifestyle.

The interiors.

The plans.

These plans have been produced prior to detailed design work. The areas, dimensions, layout and features of the property and development in these plans are approximate only and may be varied and may be larger or smaller than those deduced or scaled from plans of subdivision relating to the development. When the plans of subdivision for the development are registered, title boundaries may differ from those shown in the unregistered plans of subdivision. Proposed title boundaries depicted in plans of subdivision are defined based on internal faces of buldings or structures, where indicated, and may differ from any boundaries shown in other plans. The plans of subdivision do not determine or show a title area and cannot be relied upon for that purpose.

Where we are.

It's hard to imagine a better location to live in (we can't).
Linacre Park has Hampton Beach (dog-friendly) 150 metres away and Triangle Park (50 metres away). There we have Beach Road access to the City or the other way to Mornington Peninsula. Hampton Street runs North to Nepean Highway (about 5kms away). We have the restaurants, cafes and bars. The retail shopping. The Sandringham Yacht Club. The Sandringham Club. The railway station (26 mins from Flinders Street station) a three minute walk away. Bottle shop. Supermarket. Gyms, beauty therapists, massage, manicurists and much more. All on our doorstep. Bus stop to Southland (and elsewhere) over the road. All within short walking (or shuffling) distance. On top of this we have doctor’s consulting rooms over the road. A private hospital around the corner. An optometrist on the other corner. A dentist over the road from that and a chiropractor, physio and chiropodist 10 metres on from there.
There is almost no need to use a car for any reason as it is all right here, a stroll away.

Who we are.

We'd like to introduce ourselves...
We are the developers, Paul & Christine Elliott.
We have lived in our 342 Hampton Street home (soon to be Linacre Park) for over 38 years. A few years ago we came to the conclusion that we probably have around 10 to 15 years living here before we needed to seriously consider moving to a more (senior) friendly location.
But we love where we live. We came to the conclusion that not only is this location great to live in now, it is the perfect environment to get old in!
So we decided to develop our property into luxury apartments – one of them for ourselves. Both of us have had successful careers in professional creative industries so we put our creative energy into producing something architecturally outstanding that would have 'wow' factor now but serve our (and other like-minded people's) needs and wants well into the future.
Linacre Park promises to do that... and more.
If you are on the same page, we'd love you to join us.
